We help firms reduce friction in education, access, and cost in their retirement benefit package. Our work is organized into four focused engagements so you can start fast and scale to a 402(a) appointment when you’re ready. All deliverables are documented for your fiduciary file, and fees are plan-paid when permitted by the Plan and prudent for participants.
Rapid 401(k) Diagnostic
We baseline cost, friction, and risk, then deliver a one-page action plan. You receive an all-in fee benchmark with AUM-to-flat scenarios, a review of loan ratio and default status, and a payroll and data-flow check. We close with an executive readout, a dated roadmap, and a 30-day timeline so the committee knows exactly what happens next.
SECURE 2.0 Enablement
We implement defaults and notices quickly and correctly. Our team finalizes auto-enrollment and auto-escalation design, coordinates recordkeeper, TPA, and payroll updates, and provides participant communications including emails, a one-pager, and a 60–90 second explainer. All artifacts are packaged for the fiduciary file so your documentation is complete.
402(a) Named Fiduciary
We serve as the accountable layer that keeps the plan clean and moving. Scope includes claims and appeals, administrative oversight, investment menu monitoring, quarterly governance, a current 408(b)(2) inventory, 404(a)(5) support, and provider scorecards. You receive a monthly service summary and a quarterly committee deck with minutes and decisions logged. We will sign and work with your Record Keeper and TPA on your annual 5500 filing, in addition to many other services.
Participant Engagement Bundle
We reduce participant friction so people act on time and with confidence. We set up Venrollment, deliver a QDIA education flow, produce three short videos, host monthly office hours, and provide an engagement dashboard and communications calendar. The goal is simple steps, clear timing, and better plan literacy.
How we charge
Fees are plan-paid when permitted by the Plan and prudent for participants. Pricing is flat and predictable—per-participant or fixed monthly—with no percentage of assets. We disclose compensation and support required participant notices.
Value Assurance
We aim for cost-neutral or cost-down outcomes, and for service quality and plan literacy to trend up. If agreed 90-day milestones are not completed, we credit or waive the next month’s fee, for up to three months.
Next step
Book a 15-minute Plan Checkup. In one short call we baseline three numbers—loan ratio, default design, and all-in fees—and send a one-page action plan.
